 Dear CA Researcher/Pioneer:

Please excuse this intrusion into your e-mail space.

As part of a class project at Rennsellear Polytechnic Institute
(RPI), we are conducting a survey for a local company that may
ultimately provide useful services and products for your own work.
Our goal is that this project be part of an example of commercial
and academic cooperation that leads to the production of a new
scientific computing instrument (see questionnaire below) that is
carefully designed with the thoughts of potential users. Thus,
the input that you provide by completing the questionnaire below
 will be very valuable.

Please return the questionnaire with your comments via e- mail to
the above return address no later than November 27, 1989. If the
return address is garbled, our internet e-mail address is:

          todd_wilson@xxxxxxxxxxxx

If it is more convenient, you may also U.S. mail the questionnaire
 with your comments to:

                 Todd Wilson
                 2148 5th Ave.
                 Troy, NY 12180

Since we would like to get as much feedback as possible in a
limited amount of time, feel free to share this questionnaire with
others who you think could provide useful input. This survey is
independent of any previous surveys in which you may have participated.

 Thank you for your help.

 Sincerely,

 Todd Wilson
 Aaron Lynds
